Get to know McHugh & Eastwood’s Customer Service Manager, Jayden Foster!

In his 5+ years at ME, Jayden has worked across the Warehouse, Import Operations and the Transport Team, before becoming leader of the Customer Service Team. 

Jayden is a true ME all-rounder, committed to providing the best for our clients through his hardworking attitude and detail-orientated approach.

What motivates you to wake up and go to work?

Having the opportunity to make a positive impact on others, either internally or for our wonderful clients is something I find challenging but very rewarding.

I feel that my passion and purpose is always to put others before myself and do everything to make those around me better.

I also enjoy the problem solving aspect of freight forwarding, especially in the current climate where we need to constantly be thinking on our feet and testing our creativity!

What do you like most about McHugh & Eastwood?

The people – the atmosphere and culture that we have all worked very hard to create and maintain is something I really enjoy and I am proud to be apart of.

Coming to work is never a chore, and I have built and continue to build long term friendships with many of the great staff at M&E.

How do you define success?

Having balance – ensuring that health and happiness are a priority is certainly something I see as being a success.

Tell us three things most people don’t know about you

1. I am half Kiwi – my lovely Mother was born and raised in Masterton, New Zealand
2. I played junior basketball with Ben Simmons and Dante Exum, both are / have played in the NBA
3. I spent my early years growing up in Yarrawonga
   
   

If given a chance, who would you like to be for a day?

I would love to be Devin Booker for the day – he is a very smooth operator.

What’s the best holiday you’ve been on?

I went to the US and Mexico with my partner, Cindy, in 2019 – it was amazing trip with the highlight being New York City!
