[Melbourne, Australia, 13/12/2022]. McHugh and Eastwood (Aust) Pty Ltd (ME) a 100% Australian, Family-owned Global Forwarding business has acquired C & H Freight Pty Ltd.
The official announcement was made on Wednesday 14th of December. The move to acquire C & H Freight Pty Ltd first started in early August 2022. The process took 4 months and the deal and transition was finalised on Monday 12th of December 2022.
