How has McHugh & Eastwood helped you in your career development?

Since joining McHugh & Eastwood, I have continued to expand my knowledge of import requirements for complex commodities, particularly in the defence area.

What do you like most about McHugh & Eastwood?

The teamwork. Everyone knows their individual responsibility, however when needed, everyone is also willing to put on a different hat to get the job done.

What are 3 words to describe McHugh & Eastwood?

Progressive, Relevant, Adaptable

What is your role at McHugh & Eastwood?

Customs Broker, responsible for clearance of import shipment through Australian Border Force and Department of Agriculture.

How do you balance your career at McHugh & Eastwood and family?

I am fortunate to be able to work within a flexible team, which helps as we have a young family at home.

Some days I have a 2 year old sitting next to me colouring or watching Disney movies…

What do you like to do in your spare time?

Any spare weekend I have, I like to get down to the Surf Coast where I have been holidaying since I was 12 and fortunate to now share this place with my wife & kids.

Where is the best place you’ve traveled to and why?
Sicily in summer. Hard to go past sitting by the pool with some cold Moretti’s and anti-pasti plates.

What is your favorite movie and book?

Movie: Con-Air ✈️

What phobias do you have?

Spiders… 🕷️🕷️🕷️
