After 10 years with McHugh & Eastwood, our National Sales Manager, Andrew Bakker, is preparing to embark on a well-earned new chapter: retirement.
Over the past decade, Andrew has been an important part of McHugh & Eastwood’s growth and success, helping expand our client base and build relationships that have strengthened the business along the way.
But Andrew’s contribution can’t simply be measured in numbers.
At the heart of his role has always been people—the clients he has worked alongside, the relationships he has developed and the colleagues who have shared the journey with him.

As National Sales Manager, Andrew has played an important role in growing McHugh & Eastwood’s presence and connecting the business with customers across Australia.
In an industry built on trust and reliability, strong relationships matter. Andrew’s years with the company have helped establish and strengthen many of the partnerships that continue to be important to McHugh & Eastwood today.
His experience, industry knowledge and commitment to our customers have made him a valued member of the team throughout his decade with ME.
