Lucas Knafelc is a valued member of our Export Operations team and has been working with McHugh and Eastwood in the last 5 years. This month, we get to know him as we discover his main learnings from working with ME and what his activities are outside of logistics work.

Q: What is your least favorite Food? 

A: Absolutely despise Mushrooms 

Q: How has McHugh and Eastwood helped you in your career development? 

A: Made me a more confident and well rounded operator – not just on the operational side but the sales side also. 

Q: What do you like most about McHugh and Eastwood? 

A: Everyone working towards the same objective 

Q: Are you messy or organized? 

A: Organized and use a pen and paper

Q: What is the most important thing you have learned in the last five years? 

A: Don’t take anything for granted – it can all flip on its head

Q: What is your Favorite thing to do in the wonderful city of Melbourne? 

A: Playing Golf and Going to the MCG with friends 

Q: What is your biggest pet peeve? 

A: Laziness 

Q: Where do you see yourself in 5 years? 

A: I See myself mastering my role and gaining more responsibility within the business
